|1 Butter stick (brought to room temperature and cubes)|
|Frozen cherries (thawed for at least 30 minutes)|
For the topping, mix oats, flour, brown sugar and butter.
For the filling, mix cherries, apple slices, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir well.
Add a bit of orange zest. Mix well.
Put the fruit filling into the pie crust. Then spread the topping.
Cook in the oven for 400 degree for 20 minutes and then turn the heat down to 350 and let it finish.
