|Cabbage||1 Pound , thinly shredded|
|Celery stalk||2 , sliced diagonally|
|Diced onion||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cilantro leaves||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Roasted almonds/Peanuts||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced chipotle in adobo||1 Teaspoon|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Red wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
1.In a large bowl, combine cabbage, salt and toss well. Set aside for 10-30 minutes.
2.In a jar, combine chipotle, lime juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper and mix well.
3.Toss cabbage with celery, onion, cilantro, dressing and mix well.
4.Chill for 1 hour.
5.Garnish with nuts.
