Betty's Garlic Beer Cheese

Betty demonstrates how to make Garlic Beer Cheese. This is a great dip for vegetables and/or crackers.


Finely shredded cheddar cheese 12 Ounce
Cream cheese 4 Ounce , softened
Softened butter 2 Tablespoon
Garlic clove 1 , crushed
Beer 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)



Place all ingredients, except beer, in bowl of food processor. 

Put on lid and process until smooth. 

Add beer in two additions, processing after each addition. 

Add more beer and process, if mixture is too stiff. 


Spoon onto a chip 'n dip serving plate, surrounded by vegetables and/or crackers.
