My version of a Texas omelette: jalapeños, tomatoes, beans, and a lotta cheese and hot sauce. Whatcha like to put in your omelette?

Eggs 2
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Grated cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Black beans/Beans 2 Tablespoon
Minced jalapeno To Taste
Diced tomato 2 Tablespoon
Minced cilantro 1 Tablespoon

1.In a bowl, beat together egg with salt and pepper.

2.Heat a pan and melt butter in it.

3.Add beaten eggs and swirl the pan. Allow the edges to cook and top with cheese, black beans, jalapeno, tomato and cilantro as shown in the video.

4.Gently fold and roll the omelet.

5.Serve with sauce and enjoy!
