|Butter/Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Celery stalks||2 , chopped|
|Green bell pepper||1 Large , chopped|
|Onion||1 Medium , chopped|
|Gluten free creole seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Tapioca starch||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium , chopped|
|Clam juice||8 Ounce|
|Shrimp||1 1/2 Pound , peeled & deveined (20 standard)|
|Gluten free worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Louisiana hot sauce||1 Tablespoon (plus more for serving)|
|Cooked white rice||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (for serving)|
|Green onion||1 , diced (for serving, optional)|
Heat a saucepot and melt butter in it.
Add celery, green pepper, onion, creole seasoning and sauté well.
Cook for 15 minutes until vegetables turn tender.
Add tapioca starch and cook for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Stir in clam juice and allow to simmer on high heat.
Add shrimp, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or until shrimps are cooked.
Serve over rice and top with green onions and enjoy!
