How To Make Saucy Creole Shrimp - Paleo and Gluten Free!

KC the G-Free Foodie shows you how to make delicious Shrimp Creole that's Gluten Free and Paleo Friendly!


Butter/Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
Celery stalks 2 , chopped
Green bell pepper 1 Large , chopped
Onion 1 Medium , chopped
Gluten free creole seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Tapioca starch 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Tomatoes 2 Medium , chopped
Clam juice 8 Ounce
Shrimp 1 1/2 Pound , peeled & deveined (20 standard)
Gluten free worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Louisiana hot sauce 1 Tablespoon (plus more for serving)
Cooked white rice 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (for serving)
Green onion 1 , diced (for serving, optional)



Heat a saucepot and melt butter in it.

Add celery, green pepper, onion, creole seasoning and sauté well.

Cook for 15 minutes until vegetables turn tender.

Add tapioca starch and cook for 1 minute.

Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Stir in clam juice and allow to simmer on high heat.

Add shrimp, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or until shrimps are cooked.


Serve over rice and top with green onions and enjoy!
