|Light brown sugar||1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs) (firmly packed)|
|Water||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 1/3 Cup (37.33 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans/Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground all spice||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooking oil spray||1|
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, egg, water, and honey.
Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until well-combined.
In another large bowl, combine flour, pecans, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and baking soda.
Add brown sugar mixture to dry mixture and mix well with a spoon.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a baking pan sprayed with cooking oil spray. Place the cookies about 1 ½ inches apart.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned on the edges.
Remove from the oven and transfer cookies to a cooling rack.
Place on a nice serving plate and serve either warm or cool.
