Betty demonstrates how to make Tuna Canapes. These make a great snack or a light lunch.
|Tuna canned in water||10 Ounce (drained (Discard drained water.))|
|Finely chopped celery||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion soup mix package||2 Teaspoon|
|Toast rounds/Crackers||1 Box|
In a small mixing bowl, place tuna, celery, mayonnaise, and onion soup mix .
Mix until well blended.
Place about 1 rounded teaspoon tuna mixture in center of each piece of crispbread (or other base).
Serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and chill for later serving.
