Betty's Light Lunch Tuna Canapes

Betty demonstrates how to make Tuna Canapes. These make a great snack or a light lunch.

Ingredients

Tuna canned in water 10 Ounce (drained (Discard drained water.))
Finely chopped celery 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Onion soup mix package 2 Teaspoon
Toast rounds/Crackers 1 Box

Directions

Making

In a small mixing bowl, place tuna, celery, mayonnaise, and onion soup mix . 

Mix until well blended. 

Place about 1 rounded teaspoon tuna mixture in center of each piece of crispbread (or other base). 

Serving

Serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and chill for later serving.
