Benedictine - Easy Tea Part

Benedictine is a southern favorite that I like to make for my kids when we're having a fancy tea party at home


Persian cucumber/English cucumber 1 , peeled and diced
Diced yellow onion 2 Tablespoon
Cream cheese 8 Ounce
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Whole grain bread slices 4



Cut the crust of the bread slices and set aside.

Place all the ingredients in a food processor, except bread slices and puree.

Spread the mixture onto bread to make sandwiches.


Slice and serve with tea.
