Baked Smothered Turkey Wings

Here's the way I like my baked smothered turkey wings. Slow baked in the oven for maximum tenderness and then smothered in a thick, creamy flavorful gravy. Bring on the white rice and you've got yourself some good, hearty eating right here.

Ingredients

Turkey wings 4 Pound
Olive oil/Melted butter 2 Tablespoon (as needed)
For seasoning mix
Salt 1 Tablespoon
Poultry seasoning 1 Tablespoon
Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Onion powder 1 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Cajun seasoning 2 Teaspoon
Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
For gravy
Celery stick 2 , diced
Green bell pepper 1/2 , diced
White onion 1/2 , diced
Mushroom 100 Gram , diced (Optional)
Butter 8 Tablespoon (6
All purpose flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Whole milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , warmed
Heavy whipping cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , warmed
Salt and pepper To Taste
Parsley To Taste
Onion powder To Taste
Garlic powder To Taste
