So I came across this recipe called the "Bird Dog" in a magazine while waiting in the doctors office. My first though was that this would be a simple meal that the kids would love. And it was! Try this South Carolina Bird Dog recipe and let me know what you think.

MAKING
Coat the skinless boneless chicken tenders in a egg wash, milk and hot sauce mix, dredge it in seasoned dredging flour.
Deep fry the breaded tenders till they turn golden brown.
Toast the split hot dog buns.
Add bacon and fried chicken to the bun, top it up with cheese. Toast the filled buns till the cheese melts (approx 3-4 min).
SERVING
Top the bus with honey mustard sauce, and serve it hot
