I love the pina colada, so fruity, creamy and sinful. But at 650 calories it's hard for me to indulge, especially when I'm in a bikini! Here is my lighter version, just 150 calories! Please let me know what your favorite drink is, I'll make a skinny version!
|Infused rum||1 1/2 Ounce (coconut and pineapple infusion)|
|Pineapple juice||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped pineapple||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coconut soda||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ice cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a blender, put ice, rum, pine apple juice and pineapples, blend until smooth.
2. Pour into glass and top with coconut soda.
3. Garnish with a pineapple piece and enjoy!!
