Ground coriander seed | 1 Teaspoon | |

Worcestershire sauce | 2 Dash | |

GETTING READY
1. Preheat Pit Barrel Cooker.
MAKING
2. Season the meat with salt and pepper and hang it into the cooker as shown in the video. Cover and cook until the internal temperature reaches 120 degree.
3. Remove from cooker, wrap with foil and set aside until the internal temperature reaches 130 degree.
For BBQ Sauce:
4.Place a saucepan on flame, add ketchup, Jack Daniels, honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ground mustard, coriander, celery seed, allspice, ground pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix, bring to a boil and then simmer until thick.
FINALIZING
5. Cut meat into thin slices and place on bottom side of buns. Drizzle sauce on top and cover with the other half.
