Beef and Andouille sausage make up the patty on this beast!


Beef short rib 1 Pound , ground
Andouille sausage link 2 , ground
Seasoning blend To Taste (Frog Bone Blackened Seasoning)
Sharp cheddar cheese slice 4 (as needed)
Burger buns 4 , toast
For deep fried onion and jalapeno
Onion 1 , thinly sliced
Pickled jalapeno 25 Gram (as needed)
All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon (as needed)
Seasoning To Taste
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)
For topping
Butter lettuce 1/2 , torn as needed (as needed)
Thin tomato slices 8
Remoulade sauce 2 Tablespoon



1. In a bowl combine ground beef and sausage. Mix well and roll the mixture into 1/3 pound loose patties.

2. Season patties with seasoning on both sides and set aside.

3. Preheat grill.



4. Place patties on grill and cook until browned on one side.

5. Flip and place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and cook until cheese melts.

For Deep Fried Onion and Jalapeno:

6. In a bowl, place flour and add seasoning. Mix well and add onion and jalapeno slices in it. Mix well and deep fry until golden. You can add little bit of water from pickled jalapeno if needed to bind the flour.



7. On bottom side of bun, place a piece of lettuce and top it with 2 tomato slices, followed by patty, sauce, fried onion and jalapeno. Cover with the top slice.



8. Serve and enjoy!
