Beer Floats: Ginger Caramel Beer Float & Chocolate Beer Float- A Summer Treat!

Here are couple of simple, and very tasty, treats for you to enjoy with a burger or on its own. Give these a try at your next barbeque.

Ingredients

For the chocolate beer float
Chocolate syrup To Taste
Chocolate ice cream 6 Ounce (2 Scoop)
Beer 1 Bottle (1 l) (Guinness Draught or Stout)
For the ginger caramel float
Butterscotch syrup To Taste (Butterscotch Caramel syrup)
Vanilla ice cream 6 Ounce (Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream)
Rum 2 Ounce (Bacardi Rum)
Beer 1 Bottle (1 l) (Ginger Non

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Place the mugs and beer in the freezer for about 10 to 20 minutes before making the float.

MAKING

2. Drizzle the desired amount of chocolate syrup / caramel into the iced mug. Add the ice cream.

3. Slowly pour the beer / ginger beer over the ice cream.

SERVING

4. Top with more chocolate syrup / crystallized ginger and mint if desired.

TIPS

Omit the rum if a non-alcoholic float is desired
