Plain flour 75 Gram (1/2 cup)
Freshly ground black pepper 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 2 Teaspoon (plus extra to serve)
Squid hoods 3 Medium (about 100g each, cut into 5mm
Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
Lemon wedge slices 4
