Burritos for breakfast which is so easy to put together.

Ingredients

Potato 1 Large , cubed
Chorizo sausage 1 (skin off)
Eggs 4
Milk 1 Tablespoon
Flour tortillas 2
Grated cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For quick salsa:
Red onion 1/2 , dice
Tomato 1 , dice
Avocado 1 , dice
