Ingredients

Canned tuna 10 Ounce , drained (2 cans of 5 oz each)
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Baguette loaf 1
Shallot 1 , finely chopped
Minced chives 1 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Mayo 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Scallion stalks 2 , finely chopped
Hard boiled eggs 2 , grated
Chile peppers 4 , quartered (piparras)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Avocado 1/2 , mash
Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
