For the dough:
Dry active yeast 2 Teaspoon
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Warm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs) (more if needed)
For sauce and topping:
Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 can)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Basil 1 Teaspoon
Basil 1 Teaspoon
Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Thyme 1/2 Teaspoon
Cornmeal 1 Tablespoon
Mozzerella 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pepperoni 4 Ounce
