1.Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
2.Knead very well to a soft and smooth dough.
3.To prepare Paratha stuffed with raw mango chunda
4.Roll dough ball into a circle and grease it with oil.
5.Place the stuffing on it.
6.Roll another dough ball.
7.Put the second one over the first one and seal the edges.
8.Heat tava over medium flame and add oil.
9.Shallow fry the paratha until it becomes golden brown.
10.Cut it into four pieces and serve hot.
