Paneer Tikka Kebab In Omorc Air Fryer

Paneer tikka kebab is a wonderful dish. You do not have to eat meat to enjoy kebabs. There is a better, tasty mouthwatering, spicy paneer kebab, even the meat eaters will not miss any meat.


For tikka masala mix:
Cashew pieces/Khas khas 10
Coriander 1 Tablespoon (Dhaniya)
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon
Kashmiri red chillies/Dry red chilli 12 (I recommend mild to get brighter color and less spicier flavor)
Turmeric 1/4 Tablespoon
Nutmeg 1/2
Cardamom seeds 1/4 Teaspoon (Elaichi)
Cinnamon stick 1/4 Inch (Taj or Daalchini)
Saffron strands 4 (Kesar, optional)
Black peppercorns/White peppercorns 12 (Kali ya Safed Mirch)
Cloves 5 (Laung)
Dry fenugreek leaves 1 Teaspoon (Kasoori Methi)
Onion powder 1 Tablespoon
Ginger powder 1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
For marinade:
Paneer 14 Ounce , cubed (400 gm)
Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (full fat)
Tomato paste 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Tikka masala 2 Tablespoon (See recipe ingredinets above)
Diced vegetables 2 Cup (32 tbs) (onion / colourful bell peppers)
Oil spray 4 Dash (to spray on the paneer tikka)
Lime 1/2 , wedged (for serving)
Coriander leaves 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (for serving)
