Plain flour | 1 2/3 Cup (26.67 tbs) | |
Cold butter | 150 Gram | |
Lemon rind | 1 Tablespoon | |
Icing sugar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Iced water | 1 Tablespoon | |
For meringue: | ||
Egg whites | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
