Today we are going to be making one of the delicious and special Indian dessert.


For rose water syrup:
Caster sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cinnamon stick 1 Large
Cardamom pods 3
Cloves 4
Water 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Rose water syrup 1 Tablespoon
For jamun balls:
Full cream milk powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Plain flour 2 Tablespoon
Bicarb soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Melted butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Yogurt 1 Tablespoon
Vegetable oil 1 Liter (((For deep frying)))
Chopped pistachio nuts 1 Teaspoon (((for garnish)))
