Chicken fritters with a twist.

Ingredients

Cooked shredded chicken breast 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)
Canned corn kernels 310 Gram , drained (1 can)
Red capsicum/Bell pepper 1 Small , finely chopped
English spinach 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , washed (leaves shredded)
Plain flour 2 Tablespoon
Eggs 6
Olive oil spray 6 Dash
Salt To Taste
Ground black pepper To Taste
Mixed green salad 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for serving)
