Learn how to make Chicken Curry - an easy Indian main course recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani.


Chicken 1/2 Kilogram
Onions 2 , chop
Tomato 1 , chop
Garlic 15 Clove (75 gm)
Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ginger piece 1/2 Inch
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Kitchen king masala 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Mixed spices 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 4 Tablespoon



1.Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed onion, tomato, ginger & garlic. Stir well.

2.Add mix masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder, kitchen king masala, turmeric powder, garam masala & coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well. Add salt to taste and again mix well.

3.Add chicken pieces to the gravy and mix well for 2-3 mins.

4.Add about a cup of water to the gravy, cover it with a lid and let it cook on a high flame for 10 mins.


5.Garnish the Indian style Chicken Curry with coriander leaves and serve hot.
