Hung curd | 3 Tablespoon | |
Cheese spread | 3 Tablespoon | |
Vanilla sponge cake | 1 Small | |
Whipped cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Mixed fruit juice | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Chopped pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Chopped strawberries | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Diced kiwi | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
MAKING:
1.In a bowl, mix hung curd & cheese spread well.
2.Divide the vanilla sponge cake into 3 layers. Smear some cream on the topmost layer, and place it upside down.
3.Moisten this layer with a splash of mixed fruit juice.
4.Smear a generous amount of the cream mixture on the surface facing you. Arrange some chopped pineapple on top and cover it with fresh cream.
5.Follow the same process for the second layer, except this time use strawberries and kiwis.
SERVING:
6.Decorate the cake with fresh cream & fruits. Eggless Mixed Fruit cake is ready to serve!
