|Warm milk||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly cracked black pepper||To Taste|
|Tabasco sauce||4 Drop|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (plus extra for the garnish)|
|Cooked macaroni||200 Gram|
|Bread crumbs||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried parsley||1/4 Teaspoon|
1.Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
2.In a pan, add the butter and let it melt. Then add the flour and stir well to get rid of the lumps.
3.Add the warm milk in batches and keep whisking continuously.
4.Once the mixture thickens, add salt, garlic powder,pepper and tabasco and stir all the ingredients well.
5.Add the cheese - Cheddar and Mozzarella and whisk well.
6.In a bowl of boiled pasta (slightly under-cooked), add the bechamel and mix well.
7.Get the pasta and bechamel into the baking dish.
8.Top it up with the mixture of bread crumbs and dried Parsley.
9.Let it bake in the oven that is pre-heated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
