Steak Salad Roll - Middle Eastern Inspired

I love Middle Eastern food! This simple Steak Salad Roll is loaded with flavor from the Tahini sauce, pickled Turnips, fresh veg and grilled Steak.

Ingredients

For tahini sauce:
Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Tahini 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Aleppo pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Sumac 1/4 Teaspoon
Dried mint 1/4 Teaspoon
Minced garlic 2 Teaspoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
For the salad:
Chopped romaine lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Fresh mint 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cucumber cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cherry tomatoes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Pickled turnip 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sliced olives 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Tahini sauce 3 Tablespoon
For steak:
Steaks 4 (500 g each)
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Aleppo pepper chili flakes 1/4 Teaspoon
Sumac 1/4 Teaspoon
Dried mint 1/4 Teaspoon
Pita bread 4

Directions

MAKING:

1.Prepare the Tahini sauce by adding all the ingredients together.

2.Prepare the Salad by adding all the ingredients together and adding some Tahini sauce.

3.Marinate the steak and cook on a hot grill for a few minutes each side.

4.Let it rest and cool and cut into strips.

5.Cut the Pita in half and smear with the Tahini sauce.

6.Add the Salad, the Steak and roll.

7.Secure with some parchment paper.

8.You can also eat this as a salad
