Ingredients

Curd 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Vanilla essence 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking powder 3/4 Tablespoon
Baking soda 3/4 Tablespoon
Butter 1 Teaspoon (For greasing)
All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Preheat your oven to 150 degrees.

MAKING:

2.Take a Bowl, add curd and sugar to it. Add vanilla essence to it and stir till the sugar is melted.

3.Then add baking powder and baking soda to it. Mix it well. Add the flour and follow the cut & fluff method for 5-6 times.

4.Now take a cake mould, put butter paper and brush some butter to the sides.

5.Now pour the prepared mixture and bake it for 180 degrees for 20-30mins.

SERVING:

6.Cut it and enjoy your spongy cake.
