Prawns 20 , devein (tail on)
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Basa fish fillets 2
Chorizo sausage 2 , chop (about 1 cup)
Chicken pieces 500 Gram
Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
Chopped onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Butter beans 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Red chilli pepper 3 , chop
Green peas 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sweet paprika powder 1 Teaspoon
Saffron 1/4 Teaspoon
Tomato puree 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
White wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chicken stock 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Chopped rosemary 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Arborio rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Chopped french beans 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garnishes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (chopped parsley and lemon wedge)



1.Heat a pan on medium to high flame add Spanish olive oil.

2.Add prawns and cook them on both sides now add Basa fish and cook the fish on both the sides.

3. Cook it 3 quarters and take off from the pan.

4.Add more oil in the pan and on high flame add the chorizo. Once it is cook take it back in glass bowl.

5.Add chicken and cook it well. Once it cooks well keep it on the edge of the pan and in the middle of the pan add garlic, onion, cook until its translucent.

6.Add butter beans,french beans,red chilli pepper, green peas, sweet paprika powder, saffron and mix everything properly and then add tomato puree.

7.Add white wine and mix properly then add 4 cups of boiled chicken stock.

8. Add chopped rosemary, salt, chorizo and arborio rice.

9. Cover the pan and cook rice for 10 minutes on high flame.

10.Add the cooked fish and cooked prawns.

11.Cover it and let it cook on low flame for 8 minutes.

12.Let it cool before you eat

13.Garnish it with chopped parsley and lemon wedge.


14.Paella is ready to be served!
