Moong dal 100 Gram
Matki/Moth beans 100 Gram
Onions 2 , chop
Mixed spices 1 Teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Asafoetida 1/4 Teaspoon
Oil 4 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
Pav 10
Lemon slice 1



1.In a pan, heat 3-4 tbsp of oil.

2.Add mustard seeds, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, salt to taste, mix masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Mix all the ingredients well.

3.Add the sprouts and give it a stir. Add water and cook the sprouts till they are nice& soft. Once the sprouts are cooked add coriander leaves to it.


4.Serve the Misal with some pav & garnish it with chopped onion.
