Kurkure Momos - Crunchy And Juicy Soya Veg Momo

In this video, we will make Kurkure Momo Recipe which is a very popular street food recipe in India these days. This Momos Recipe is made with a filling of Soya Granules, which makes it super juicy from inside, and a coating of cornflakes in chatpata batter makes it crunchy.


Soya granules 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , finely chopped
Ginger piece 1/2 Inch , grated
Green chillies 2 , finely chopped
Onion 1 , finely chopped
Grated carrot 2 Tablespoon (optional)
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Schezwan sauce 1 Tablespoon
Cabbage head 1/2 Large , shredded
Maida 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (for the dough)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon (for the dough)
For the batter or coating:
Maida 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Corn flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
Mint powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Black pepper To Taste
Corn flakes 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crush
Water To Taste
Oil 1 Liter (For deep frying)
