Boneless chicken breast | 350 Gram , slice | |
Egg | 1 | |
Corn starch | 2 Tablespoon | |
Refined flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Oil | 1 Liter | |
For gravy: | ||
Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Chopped garlic | 2 Tablespoon | |
Chopped ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Onion | 1 Large (petals) | |
Capsicum | 1 (thickly sliced) | |
Green chillies | 4 , slice | |
Light soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Water | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Corn starch | 1 Teaspoon |
FOR CHICKEN:
MAKING:
1.Marinate the chicken, by adding egg to boneless chicken breast, and also add soy sauce, pepper, salt, corn starch and refined flour to it.
2.Mix everything well.
3.Heat oil so as to fry the marinated chicken.
4.Once the oil is heated, fry the chicken pieces.
FOR GRAVY:
MAKING:
1.Heat oil in a pan.
2.Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, slit green chilli, capsicum and onion to the oil.
3.Add soya sauce, black pepper and salt and mix well.
4.Add a cup of water.
5.Add the fried chicken to the gravy and give it a toss.
6.In order to thicken the gravy, add corn starch to water and mix it well.
SERVING:
7.Chilli Chicken is ready to be served!
