Oil 1 Tablespoon (plus extra for greasing the cassarole dish)
Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Quartered mushrooms 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped spring onions 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste , divided (for seasoning the vegetables and eggs)
Pepper To Taste , divided (for seasoning the vegetables and eggs)
Eggs 6
Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1.Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.


2.In a pan heat some oil and add onions when the onion is translucent add quartered mushrooms, spring onions, salt & crush black pepper and mix it well and take it off the heat

3.Break open 6 eggs and whisk them together with salt & pepper.

4.Apply oil on the casserole dish, pour the mushroom mixture into the casserole dish and then add the whisked eggs over the mushroom mixture.

5.Put it in then oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

6.Grate some cheese over it and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes. Until the cheese melts.


7.Frittata is ready to be served.
