Japanese Fried Chicken Karaage

My Karaage ??? involves triple frying the chicken for the most amazing crunch!

Ingredients

Chicken thighs 400 Gram
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Sake 1 Tablespoon
Crushed garlic 1 Teaspoon
Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1/4 Teaspoon
Potato flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Vegetable oil 1 Liter (For deep frying)
For karaage dipping sauce:
Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Sake 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Chopped spring onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
