Mango mousse is a creamy, fluffy dessert recipe made with tropical mangoes, mixed with whipped cream, mango puree and gelatin.
Mango pulp | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Powdered sugar | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Warm water | 4 Tablespoon | |
Gelatin | 1 Tablespoon (wet gelatin) | |
Whipped cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Chopped mango | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for garnish) |
MAKING:
1.In a bowl mix the mango pulp with powdered sugar until no lumps are found.
2.In a separate bowl, mix wet gelatin with warm water properly and add it to the mango pulp.
3.Now add the whipped cream to the above ingredients and fold the cream into it.
4.Fill the mixture in a glass and garnish with chopped mango pieces.
5.Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve chilled.
