Ingredients

Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon (Pyaz)
Finely chopped green capsicum 2 Tablespoon
Finely chopped tomato 2 Tablespoon
Finely chopped green onion tops 2 Tablespoon (Hari Pyaz ka patta)
Finely shredded cabbage 2 Tablespoon
Cheese cube 1 , grated (about 2 tbsp)
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Schezwan sauce 1 1/2 Teaspoon (chutney)
Tomato ketchup 1 1/2 Teaspoon (sauce)
Butter 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Green chutney 2 Tablespoon (for serving)
Dosa batter 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Directions

FOR THE JINI MASALA:

MAKING:

1.Take a pan add butter to it, add the cabbage, onions, capsicum, tomatoes, and mix it well.

2.Then add the kashmiri red chilli powder and the tomato sauce and mix again.

3.Now add the schezwan sauce and mix it and cook for just 30 seconds

4.Then add the grated cheese and green onions leaves and using a potato masher press it down. Once this is ready keep it aside.

FOR THE DOSAS:

MAKING:

1.Now for Mini Dosas, take a pan and make mini dosa pancakes. Apply butter and flip and cook both the sides.

2.Once mini dosas are ready, it’s time to stack them up. Take a Dosa coin and then using a spoon spread Jini masala all over the dosa and sprinkle some cheese.

3.Repeat this to make a stack.

4.And do serve this dosa with some chutney or schezwan sauce but honestly this dosa doesn’t need anything.
