Here's a quick and easy recipe of Cheese Chilli Dosa just for you!
|Dosa batter||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped capsicum||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Schezwan sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated cheese||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped spring onions||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red sauce||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coconut chutney||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.Take a Dosa pan and spread the batter, place chopped onion, capsicum, salt, sezchwan chutney, mix it and spread it all over. Put butter cubes on the veggies. Grate cheese all over and garnish it with spring onion.
2.Fold the dosa and cut into pieces.
3.Serve hot with coconut and red chutney.
