Ingredients

Wholemeal flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Peanuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Almonds 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Mixed seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Mixed dried fruits 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Coconut 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
Melted butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Honey 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
