Not to long ago we stumbled across a fried chicken place that served deep fried Brussels sprouts that really made us happy. So we thought we'd try to replicate the side dish recipe here at home. All of the listed ingredients can be done in any proportion that makes you happy - if you like cheese, load it on. Don't like shallots, use less or leave them out (but seriously, don't). From a few drops of lemon juice, to the juice of a whole lemon... it's up to you.
