Ingredients

Mustard oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion seeds 1 Teaspoon
Green chillies 6
Ridge gourd 4 , dice
Potatoes 5 , chop
Salt To Taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Poppy seed paste 50 Gram (make a paste with little water)
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

1.Heat a pan and add mustard oil, onion seeds, green chillies, ridge gourd and potatoes and stir everything properly.

2.Add salt and turmeric cover the pan and let it cook.

3.Add poppy seed paste and water then cover the pan and let it cook

SERVING:

4.Jhinge Aloo Poshto is ready to be served.
