Onion seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
Green chillies | 6 | |
Ridge gourd | 4 , dice | |
Potatoes | 5 , chop | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Turmeric powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Poppy seed paste | 50 Gram (make a paste with little water) | |
Water | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
MAKING:
1.Heat a pan and add mustard oil, onion seeds, green chillies, ridge gourd and potatoes and stir everything properly.
2.Add salt and turmeric cover the pan and let it cook.
3.Add poppy seed paste and water then cover the pan and let it cook
SERVING:
4.Jhinge Aloo Poshto is ready to be served.
