Noodles | 1 Packet | |
Water | 1 Liter | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon (1 tsp is for boiling the noodles and 1 tsp is for seasoning the complete dish) | |
Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Garlic | 2 Teaspoon | |
Green chillies | 3 , chop | |
Chopped spring onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (whites and green chopped seperate) | |
Chopped french beans | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Chopped carrots | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Chopped capsicum | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Chopped cabbage | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
1.Drain the noodles and pour cold water over them and then pour 1 tsp. oil over it.
2.In a wok heat oil and add garlic, celery y, green chillies, spring onion whites, French beans, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, sugar, salt, soy sauce and saute.
3.Now add the noodles and cook on high flame.
4.Now add spring greens.
