Tri tip steak 2 Kilogram
Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Vegetable oil 1 Liter
For homemade potato chips:
Russet potatoes 2
Salt To Taste
Vegetable oil 1 Liter
For pico de gallo:
Finely chopped tomato 1
Finely chopped red onion 1 Tablespoon
Finely chopped jalapeno peppers 1 Tablespoon
Pasilla pepper 1 Large , finely chopped
Lemon 1 , juiced
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
