Buffalo Cauliflower Bites / Wings Inspired From CPK Video Recipe

Battered Cauliflower can be baked in the oven at 350F till crispy, or shallow/deep fry. For the vibrant red sauce color, paprika can be added to the buffalo sauce. These Buffalo Cauliflower Bites or aka wings are Vegan, Gluten-free friendly and also air fried with just a tsp of oil. his secretly healthy recipe is so good, no one will miss chicken wings!

Ingredients

Cauliflower head 1 ((bite siz chunks))
Celery stalk 1 , shredded
Spring onions 2 , cut ((lengthwise))
Chickpea flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Rice flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Paprika 1 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Black pepper/White pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Oil 1 Teaspoon
For buffalo sauce:
Melted butter/Margarine 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sweetner 1 Tablespoon
Hot sauce 1 Tablespoon ((or to taste))
Black pepper To Taste
Ranch creamy dressing 2 Tablespoon ((vegan))
Shredded cheese 1 Teaspoon ((for garnish))
