Ingredients

For mornay sauce:
Butter 150 Gram
Flour 150 Gram
Cold milk 1 Liter
Egg yolks 2 , whisk
Gruyere cheese 200 Gram
Salt To Taste
Ground black pepper To Taste
For marinara sauce:
Olive oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic 3 Tablespoon
Dry red chillies 3 , chop
Basil leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Tomato puree 1 1/2 Liter
Sweet paprika 1 Teaspoon
Dry oregano 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Ground black pepper To Taste
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Pasta sheets 16 , boil
Minced chicken 1 Kilogram
Butter 1 Tablespoon ((For greasing))
Grated mozerella cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Bread crumbs 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

FOR MORNAY SAUCE:

MAKING:

1.Heat butter and flour together let it melt and once it comes to an boil add milk and keep whisking until it thickens.

2.Add egg yolks whisk it continuously after sometime add grated Gruyere cheese, salt & pepper.

3.Keep it aside

FOR MARINARA SAUCE:

MAKING:

1.Keep a pan on medium or high flame then add olive oil, garlic, dry red chillies, basil leaves, tomato puree cook it until it comes to an boil.

2.Add sweet paprika, dry oregano mix it well then add salt & black pepper, basil and some water.

3.Let it boil for a minute or two.

4.In the boiling marinara sauce add minced chicken and cook it in the salt itself.

5.Take off the flame and keep it aside.

FOR LASAGNA:

GETTING READY:

1.Preheat your oven to 190 degrees.

MAKING:

2.In a saucepan add some water to boil and add salt.

3.Let the salted water boil for some time then add the sheets in it and give it a light stir and cook it for 2-3 minutes .

4. Make sure to take them once they are soft.

5.Immerse the sheets into cold water and later use them after draining properly.

6.Apply the butter to the casserole dish. then add mornay sauce base, then sheets, followed by mozzarella cheese, then some mornay sauce, then marinara Sauce, mozzarella cheese and follow the steps till u reach the top.

7.On the top layer sprinkle, mozzarella cheese, mornay Sauce , breadcrumbs and repeat again.

8.Bake it for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.

SERVING:

9.Let it cool for 10 minutes & then enjoy the Chicken Lasagna!
