How To Make Easy Italian Pasta Salad

This Italian Pasta Salad is for grown-ups! Although my little Ethan cant get enough of it! Its drenched in a homemade Italian dressing and loaded with fresh ingredients like basil, mozzarella pearls, pepperoni, peppers, and tomatoes! To have such bold, in your face ingredients this Italian pasta salad is very light!

The homemade Italian dressing does such a great job at adding some zest to the dish without overpowering all of the rest of the ingredients. You can seriously taste EVERYTHING! This pasta salad is great for a casual family picnic and elegant enough for a wedding menu.


For italian dressing
Extra virgin olive oil
White wine vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Minced garlic 1 Tablespoon
Minced red bell pepper 1 Tablespoon
Minced white onion 1 Tablespoon
Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Italian seasonings 1 Tablespoon
Granulated sugar 2 Teaspoon
Salt 2 1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Other ingredients
Rotini pasta 3 Cup (48 tbs) (((prepared al dente)))
Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) , halved
Black olives 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Diced pepperoni 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Banana pepper 3 Cup (48 tbs) , dice
Diced red bell pepper 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Diced green bell pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh basil leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (((use small leaves)))
Mozzarella pearls 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Parsley To Taste
