In this video, we will make 5 types of Chai Recipes. Chocolate Tea, Masala Tandoori Chai, Lemon Tea, Herbal Tea and Ice Tea.

Ingredients

For herbal tea:
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Black pepper 2 Pinch , divided (1 pinch is for making the tea and 1 pinch is for garnish)
Cardamom powder 1 Pinch
Mint leaves 20
Tulsi 20 (Indian Basil Leaves)
Lemon juice 1/2 Teaspoon
Honey/Sugar 1 Teaspoon
For chocolate tea:
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Tea 3/4 Teaspoon
Sugar 2 Teaspoon
Cocoa powder 1/2 Teaspoon
For tandoori tea in kulhad:
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Tea 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 2 Teaspoon
Ginger piece 1/2 Inch
For honey lemon tea:
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For ice tea:
Tea leaves 1/2 Teaspoon
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar 2 Teaspoon
Lemon 1 , juiced
Tea 1 Teaspoon
Honey 2 Teaspoon
Ice cubes 8
