Arugula leaves | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
Honeydew melon slice | 4 , peeled (cut in large pieces) | |
Prosciutto | 2 Ounce | |
Parmesan cheese | 1/8 Cup (2 tbs) | |
Lemon | 1 , juiced | |
Dijon mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
Grapeseed oil | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste |
MAKING:
1.Add your arugula to a serving plate.
2.To the top of the arugula, add the honeydew melon slices, prosciutto, and parmesan peels.
3.In a small bowl add the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
4.Whisk together while slowly adding in the grapeseed oil
