Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Onion 1 Small , finely chopped
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , finely chopped
Arborio rice 350 Gram
Dry white wine 250 Milliliter
Hot chicken stock 1 Liter
Asparagus 3 Bunch (300 gm)
Grated parmesan 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lemon rind 1 , finely grated
Chopped parsley leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
