Ground beef 2 Pound
Sweet italian sausage 1 Pound
Onions 2 Large
Chopped garlic 4 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Tablespoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Canned diced tomatoes 86 Ounce (3 vans of 28 ounces each)
Bay leaves 2
Dry basil 1 Tablespoon
Dry oregano 1 Tablespoon
Dry chilli flakes 1/8 Teaspoon
Thyme 1 Tablespoon
For lasagna filling:
Grated mozzarella cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Ricotta cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Grated parmesan 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs 2
Lasagna pasta 500 Gram (dry)
