Ingredients

Black gram 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Bengal gram 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
Asafoetida 1 Pinch
Dry red chillies 10
Salt 3/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

1.Heat the pan.

2.Add black gram, Bengal gram, sesame seeds, a pinch of asafetida, dry red chillies and roast them for 4-5 minutes.

3.Turn off the flame and let it cool down.

4.Grind it into a fine powder.

5.Add salt and mix well.

SERVING:

6.Gun Powder is ready
